What exactly do you do?
The YMCA Employment Centre is a one-stop employment service for job seekers allowing them to job search independently, meet with an employment counsellor or job developer, participate in employment readiness workshops, and take computer courses that will assist them in job searching.
Is there a fee for your services?
The YMCA Employment Centre is funded to provide
job search assistance to the unemployed.
Photocopying, faxing, and printing resumes and job ads are free.
Can you type my resume?
You can book one-on-one resume appointment to have your resume done or sign up for our Fast Track Resume workshop
How can I sign up for your workshops?
Our workshops are filled on a first come first served basis. Please call 461-2513 ext 221 to register or inquire about our workshops, programs and services.
